Refunds & Cancellations

Current checkout status

No public online checkout is active today. For manually arranged sessions, the written booking confirmation controls rescheduling, cancellations, expert no-shows, and refunds. Future marketplace checkout will display the applicable terms before payment and will use an approved connected-account payment structure for expert payouts.

Billing questions

For a billing or cancellation question, email contact@dateanexpert.com and include the purchaser name, transaction date, and a non-sensitive transaction reference. Never email a full card number, bank credential, password, or identity document.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law. Any future checkout will identify the seller, currency, price, recurring terms if any, and the policy that applies before payment.
